Uses the same fee rules as each calculator · built October 21, 2026Fee rules used
| Marketplace | Main fees (default settings) | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| eBay | 13.6% final value fee in most categories (12.7% with a store) on the total incl. shipping & tax, + $0.30/$0.40 per order | 2026-10-21 |
| Etsy | $0.20 listing + 6.5% transaction (item + shipping) + 3% + $0.25 processing (incl. tax); Offsite Ads 15%/12% if attributed | 2026-10-21 |
| Depop | 0% selling fee (US) + 3.3% + $0.45 processing on item + shipping + tax; 12% boosting fee if boosted | 2026-10-21 |
| Whatnot | Commission 8% at the standard tier (4% coins) on item price only, lower at higher tiers since Sept 21, 2026 + 2.9% + $0.30 processing on the total | 2026-10-21 |
| Poshmark | $2.95 flat on sales under $15; 20% on sales of $15 or more. Buyer-paid prepaid label | 2026-10-21 |
| Mercari | 10% of item price + buyer-paid shipping; no payment processing fee (listings since Jan 6, 2025) | 2026-10-21 |
| Grailed | 9% commission (6%, min $1.99, under $120 since May 20, 2026) + 3.49% + $0.49 processing | 2026-10-21 |
Buyer fees are not shown. Depop (marketplace fee up to 5% + $1) and Mercari (3.6% Buyer Protection) charge the buyer extra, so the same price costs the buyer more there. Poshmark buyers pay for the prepaid label, so the shipping fields do not apply to Poshmark.
Fees are not the only difference: audience, sell-through speed and shipping rules vary a lot. Use this as a starting point.
